  • Refund & Return Policy

➤ Only if you pay in advance for your order when you place it on the Platform and only in the following situations will you be eligible for a refund:

1. The packing for your product was destroyed or tampered with during delivery.

2. We are canceling your purchase because
  • The fact that your delivery location is outside of our approved delivery zones.
  • Not getting in touch with you via email or phone when the order booking been confirmed.
  • Failing to get in touch with you via email or phone when the order booking was confirmed.

3. Because the items you bought at the time of booking were not available, you canceled the order at the moment of confirmation.

4. Refund decisions are made at our exclusive discretion and are final and legally binding.

5. Depending on the conditions set by the bank that provided the credit or debit card, all refund amounts will be refunded to your account in 3–4 business days.

➤ If you pay when the item is delivered, you won’t have to pay for:

1. Orders in which we have tampered with or destroyed the packing.

2. The incorrect order was delivered.

3. Items that were absent from your order when it was delivered. Please refuse to accept the box and give it back to the delivery person if the product was delivered in poor condition or if the packaging was altered or damaged before delivery. Additionally, please indicate your Order ID when you email us at h.sarmscompany@gmail.com . or call our customer service at +91 62831-80353 . We will personally see to it that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra expense. When returning a product to us, please ensure that the original packaging and product identification are still in place.
➤ Refund Procedure for COD or Prepaid Orders:
1. Orders cannot be refunded; we can only exchange products for the same price.

2. Two orders are returned to us by the self-buyer with the original packaging or without any damage so that we may inspect or determine whether everything is okay. We are unable to provide a pickup facility.

1. Return Eligibility

Because firearm’s accessories are delicate and subject to regulations, returns are only permitted in the following circumstances:
  • When the product is delivered, it is broken or flawed.
  • The supplied item is not what you ordered or is wrong.
  • Within seven days of the purchase or delivery, returns must be requested.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Weapons showing evidence of use
  • Items without their original invoice or packaging
  • Items that has been altered, serviced, used, Scratches.
  • Seven days after delivery, the items were returned.

3. Return Process

To start a return:
  • Provide your invoice number and the cause for the return to our customer service department at +91 62831-80353
  • Provide crisp pictures of the item and its packaging.
  • Once authorized, ship the item to the specified address or return it to our shop (at your expense, unless the return was the result of a mistake on our part).

4. Inspection & Approval

Every item that is returned will be carefully examined. Exchanges or refunds won’t be handled until the item has been confirmed to comply with our return guidelines.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds that are approved will be sent using the original payment method within 2-3 business days. Any applicable shipping fees are not refundable.
